We are currently recruiting for a Woodshop Machinist for a family friendly company who have been in operation nearly 30 years.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who is wanting to be a part of a great team and expand their skills.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday @ 07:00am - 15:30pm
Salary: starting from £10.42
Daily duties:
- using a cutting machine to cut plywood
- using saw and table cutters
- stacking and moving the items on trolleys ready for the next department
Requirements:
- no experience within woodshop as training can be provided
- Good attitude towards work, reliability is key.
- Ability to work to targets and accurately.
The company is offering an opportunity for an eager individual to learn new skills working in a small team, this is a very interesting role which doesn't come about very often.

Materials Testing Technician
Our client is a leading provider in construction materials testing that maintains the highest standards of excellence and customer care. We are currently recruiting for a Materials Testing Technician to join their team in Bangor on a temporary to permanent basis.
Pay & Working hours
- £10.50-£11.05 per hour
- 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday
Overtime:
- Mon-Sat OT at £14.50 per hour
- Sun OT at £18.50 per hour
Key activities will include:
- Carrying out laboratory testing to high standards of quality, safety and efficiency
- Ensure that records are kept and filed correctly to satisfy the requirements of the laboratory management system
- Checking, cleaning and maintaining test equipment
Desirable but not essential:
- C or above in GCSE Welsh or English, and Mathematics or Science
- Driving license
