We have an opportunity for a temporary Customer Service advisor to join our team! You will work under the direction of the Consumer Care Manager and be responsible for handling a broad range of methods of contact in a fast-paced environment. You are equally adept at accurately documenting consumer issues while providing outstanding service. A strong customer service mentality and the ability to readily and positively adapt to change and innovation are required. We will train you on our products and systems.

A day in the life of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Effectively communicate with Consumers, fans and collectors via telephone, email and online chat.
  • Actively listen to the customer and build rapport in order to troubleshoot and resolve concerns.
  • Provide outstanding service with every transaction.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and promotions.
  • Identify and properly call out potential trends.

What you'll bring:

  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of PC and Mac with fluency in computer navigation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts: Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:00, Friday 08:45-16:00

Duties:

  • Operate Axial/ Radial machine’s to achieve good quality & productivity.
  • Kit and de-kit as required by the department Supervisor.
  • Manually inspect PCBs to ensure they meet the required quality standard.
  • Serialise pcb’s and update the relevant databases with correct information.
  • Ensure full traceability of tray unit material from data input via FujiTrax software.
  • Ability to understand SWP’s
  • Print and affix labels to PCB’s
  • Program and operate the 3D printer
  • Organise and monitor material, using FujiTrax software.
  • Engage in cross training on other A.I Machinery if required.
  • Adhere to all ESD procedures.
  • Achieve and maintain 5s housekeeping for area.
  • Any other duties deemed necessary

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Good numeracy and literacy skills (essential)
  • Full Understanding of Axial & Radial Processes (essential)
  • IPC Trained (desirable)
  • PC literate – Microsoft Access/Excel (desirable)
  • Resistor colour code competent (desirable)
