Job role: Making doughnut boxes, icing doughnuts; keeping areas clean and tidy; sanitation room and operating the traywash. 

You will be required to work either Sunday to Thursday rota or Tuesday to Saturday rota. 

Shifts are 8.5 hours with 30 minutes break- 5 shifts per week.

Roles are temporary to start but many staff are given permanent contracts after 12 weeks.

Our client based on the Queens Industrial Estate produce delicious doughnuts for supermarkets and stores, they are seeking operatives for the following duties:-

• Adhering to strict food hygiene standards ie wearing hairnets, clean food jackets, regular hand washing etc. 
• Making flat pack doughnut boxes
• Icing doughnuts and filling with cream/chocolate etc
• General cleaning up of areas
• Traywash- using industrial dishwasher where you will be required to load and unload trays. 

Shifts Available:-

• Days 9.00-18.00 -£9.50ph
• Nights 21.00-06.00 £10.50ph
• Weekends both days and nights available 

We ideally seek candidates who have knowledge of food hygiene and working with food products. For reliable candidates wanting fulltime work there is an opportunity for a permanent contract. 

The site is open 7 days and week so flexibility to what shifts you work is needed, we can agree a working rota but a minimum of 3 (8.5 hours per shift)  per week.

Gap Personnel are pleased to be working on this fantastic opportunity with a new business in the Blenheim area NG6 in Nottingham for an experienced Food Production Supervisor. 

The role is working in a start-up business, so you will be leading from the front, starting before the general production staff are employed and getting to know the business first hand before rolling out your knowledge and experience to your team. The ideal candidate will be proactive and assist in setting up the new business, whether that be dealing with deliveries or helping get the machinery and equipment up and running. 

We are looking for a candidate with the following experience:-

• Food hygiene certificate level 2 or above 
• Experience with running production in a food environment
