Our client operates within a niche field so this isn’t your typical cleaning job. No two days will be same!

Working within a small team you will be cleaning commercial and residential properties; this could include clearing up after medical emergencies or hoarder cleans so a good constitution is essential.

Due to the nature of the cleans, we are looking for someone who can be flexible for working hours and shifts. Someone who isnt looking for a normal 9-5, and also willing to jump in at a moment’s notice.

Your own transport is also essential, as is a clean driving licence for use of company vehicles.

The pay rate is dependant on experience paying between £10.42 - £11.02, if you have drove vehicles such as motorbikes and motorhomes in the past you would be on considered for the higher pay rate.

• Driving and parking cars/motorbikes/motorhomes from one location to another on a forecourt to prepare for car auctions

The Successful Candidate will:

• Be physically fit and comfortable walking long distances on site
• Be comfortable working in all types of weather conditions
• Have worked in a driving role previously
• Be over 25 and have held a driving licence for 2 years for company insurance purposes
• Have no more than 6 points on your licence for minor driving offences (No DR's)

This is a physically demanding role as you will be dealing with weighted stones as they are loaded and unloaded into site machinery which are then broken down into brick size.

Within the process you will be required to:

• Follow instructions and procedures, and follow all site safety and operational requirements (SOPS).
• Ensuring full compliance with all legal and operational requirements.
• Assist the Team Leader to carry out daily, weekly and monthly tasks as detailed in the site manuals.
• Safe loading of materials for sizing
• End of line responsibilities of removal of product
• Bagging at the end of line of products
• Working to 100 tonne bagging targets (up to 6/7 per day)

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 7am – 4pm
• Overtime available on Saturdays
• All breaks paid
