As an experience sewing machinist you will be used to working to deadlines, have a high attention to detail and be capable of self-checking your own work.

This role is a genuine temp to perm.

We are currently recruiting a Resourcer to join our office based in Rotherham. 

As a Resourcer, you will support our branch to recruit the best possible candidates for our clients.

Salary:

• £21,000-£23,000 depending on experience 

Working hours:

• 8am-5pm (Monday-Friday), some flexibility required.

The role of Resourcer:

• Drafting adverts professionally and compliantly, placing adverts with job centres, job boards and social media
• Good commercial awareness and cooperation with the branch team, gathering leads and market intelligence for consultants
• Approaching candidates with utmost professionalism and courtesy, excellent levels of communication maintained throughout the recruitment process
• All internal standards and procedures are adhered to where the interview process and assessments are concerned
• Demonstrating a pro-active approach to candidate marketing, due care paid to client’s requirements
• Excellent customer service via telephone and within all e-mail and SMS communications
• Liaise with the network to gain a good understanding of the client specific requirements and adhering to them

We are currently looking for cleaners to join our team working for one of the High Schools on the Wirral.

The work is based on part-time basis and is a temporary contract with a possibility of being an ongoing position for suitable candidates

A suitable candidate will ideally have experience working in a cleaning position in a school, although training will be provided.

Duties will include:

Key Responsibilities Of A Customs Manager

As the Customs Manager, you will manage and develop the customs operations, ensuring that they operate efficiently & effectively.

You will work closely with the Export Sales Manager and Site Warehouse Manager in ensuring all customs processes are adhered to at all times.

• Manage the day to day operational activities of the Customs processes.

• Manage Import and Export Processes.

• Support projects, including the Post Brexit response and ongoing compliance of customs procedures.

• Complete internal Customs audits in line with company policy.

• Respond to customer and operational enquiries quickly and effectively.

• Work with the International Export Sales Manager and Warehouse Manager to address any concerns that could affect the business.

• Oversee the company’s Bonded warehouse activities and manage projects where other warehouses are switching to bonded.

• Ensure all customs procedures/regulations are complied with to maintain AEO Status.

• Work with customs staff when they are onsite to complete customs audits.

• Maintain good working relationships with multiple 3rd party organisations.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful as a Customs Manager you will need:

• Experience of logistics, communicating with customs and have knowledge of the workings of a bonded warehouse.

• Experience of the Chief system or similar would be an advantage but not essential.

• Formal qualification in Customs processes would be desirable.

• AEO Knowledge would be an advantage.

• To be approachable, hardworking, able to multi-task and work to a high level of accuracy.
