Food Production Operatives required for a large food manufacturing company located in Trowbridge.
This company produces nothing but home cooked main meals and requires production operatives to support their busy period and become one of the team through out 2022. Start you new year with stability and regular work.
The role will involve working in a fast paced production environment putting together freshly cooked produce into trays within their Pie department.
3 shift patterns available:
- 0600 to 1400
- 1400 to 2200
- 2200 to 0600
Pay Rates are shift dependant and examples of this are below:
6am-2pm shift
- 1 hour at £12.27 per hour
- 7 hours at £10.08 per hour
2pm-10pm shift
- 3 hours at £10.08 per hour
- 5 hours at £12.27 per hour
10pm-6am
- 8 hours at £12.78 per hour
Overtimes (hours of 40 per week)
- Days: £15.12 per hour
- Nights: £19.17 per hour

Job Description
Job Term: Temporary ongoing with permanent opportunities for the successful applicants.
Working hours: MONDAY TO FRIDAY Rotating 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm
Pay: £10.00p/h
The job
Working in a fast-paced environment, duties will include:
- Packing and palletising products
- De-boxing and feeding products into machinery
- Quality checking products to ensure all food is to a high standard
- Carrying out any additional duties including housekeeping and general health and safety

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering phone calls and helping with customer enquiries
- Maintaining databases and office operations
- Filing and retrieving customer information
- Performing data entry and maintaining spreadsheets
- Providing basic and accurate bookkeeping service
- Dealing with customer and supplier queries
- Assisting with month end tasks
- Providing general administrative support
