Reporting in to the Team Manager your key tasks will include:
Identify potential issues from customer feedback and highlight to Team Manager.
The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner when dealing with both internal and external customers along with the ability to consistently achieve and occasionally exceed all call handling/productivity and personal KPI's, they will also possess excellent keyboard skills.
Full Time Hours - 5 x 8 hour shift between 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday, 8am and 8pm Saturday, 9am and 5pm Sunday.

Salary £9.65 per hour plus commission. Paid monthly.
