Industrial Cleaner
Gap Personnel is looking for Full time Temp to Perm Industrial Cleaner for an immediate starts available for Our prestigious client based on the outskirts of Norwich.
Candidates will need to be able to get to the NR5 area of Norwich Monday to Friday
Pay rate: £11.50 per hour.
Shifts: Monday to Friday 0800AM -1630PM
Daily duties will include:
- Carry out all cleaning tasks in accordance with the cleaning schedule including machinery, factory and the surrounding tent ensuring that cleaning is delivered to the expected and agreed standards. This will include working in a hot and humid environment, at height accessed via ladders, and/or within confined spaces.
- Role will include wiping, scrubbing, hoovering, washing, mopping, use of the ride on floor cleaner and well as other general cleaning duties.
- Responsible for mixing chemicals for cleaning duties. Wear protective clothing as necessary for tasks to be completed.
- Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and appearance.
- Ensure the effective use of equipment and materials.
- Ensure that machinery, equipment, and cleaning cupboard is kept in a clean and tidy state and report any shortages of equipment needed to Line Manager/Technical Manager.

Responsibilities

- Working alone to own initiative but also as part of a team to meet targets
Essential Skills
- Previously worked within a food manufacturing environment would be desirable

FLT Driver

Pay:
- £11.87 per hour
Hours of work:
- 4on4off – 6am to 6pm/ 6pm to 6am
Duties Include:
- Unloading and loading containers
- Palletising products ready for despatch
- Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, tidy and organised at all times
- Completing any relevant paperwork
Required:
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
- Valid FLT Reach licence
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable
- Hard-working and willing to learn

Production Supervisor
My client is a family business and has been running a successful manufacturing business in the Ruthin area for over 60 years
Due to expansion within the business, they are now recruiting for a Produciton Supevisor to join their team
Duties
- Lead all maintenance processes and operations.
- · Maintain all machinery to ensure it is at working standards.
- · Create and implement maintenance schedules
- · Conduct regular inspections of the work equipment to proactively detect and resolve problems, as well as any areas requiring extra maintenance.
- · Plan and coordinate all repair and installation activities.
- · Performing on-site repairs
- · Respond to emergency calls for maintenance (weekend work will be required from time to time)
- · Discussing maintenance concerns with the General Manager.
- · Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates.
- · Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
- · Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary.
- · Knowledge of Woodworking Industry machinery essential (WEING, WACO)

- Background in Inspection Work and be able to work with machinery

Hours of Work
Monday to Thursday 6:30am to 4:30pm and Friday 06:30am to 12:30pm
