Manual Mail Operative
Gap Personnel is working with our client in Wymondham, a leading company in their field who are recruiting a Manual Mail Operator on a Full Time, temporary to permanent basis.

Pay: £10.42 per hour.
Shift: Monday to Friday 1000AM-1800PM
Working as part of a team in a production environment, this role will be to provide early morning support and preparation of the working area for the closing team.
Your main duties will include:
- To manually fulfil envelopes with pre-printed letters and associated marketing and compliance material in preparation for collection to the sealing and despatch area.
- You will book out this work using the company’s internal system.
- To ensure that all work allocated to you is completed in a timely manner.
- To notify the stock runner of any stock that is required.
- To be responsible for ensuring all work is sealed and readied for despatch
- Ensuring all work is taken to the warehouse in time for mail collection.
- To be responsible for completing any late work in time for the last despatch at 18:00.
- To undertake any other duties associated with Manual Mail.
- You will need basic PC skills to be able to check stock and book out work on the Prod MI system.

Duties
- Packing sample / containers for distribution to customer or subcontractors via couriers and also receiving them.
- PH readings (training will be provided)
- Carrying out filtration of waste water samples.
- Scanning and inputting samples onto our system accurately.
- Rotating sample bottles and dispose of bottles after analysis.

To be considered for this opportunity, candidate will have previous, proven experience in a similar role!

- Working closely with the Operations team Leader
- Answering email queries in a timely manner
- Assisting the warehouse with system knowledge to ensure accurate picking.

Gap Personnel, operating as an employment agency, is currently looking to recruit a Production/Machine Operator for one of our well-established clients based in Darwen.
Work involves operating machinery while following strict health & safety guidelines. Work can be repetitive and involve standing for long period of times.
Continental shifts, working 12-hour shifts days and nights on a rota 7am - 7pm / 7pm - 7am
Pay is £11.17 per hour.
Candidates will have to undertake a drug and alcohol test in order to be offered the position.
Training will be provided.
Experience in a similar role is advantageous, however it is not a requirement.
