Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for continually improving the existing operation to increase quality, productivity, efficiency and cost savings.
The Process Engineer will ensure the continuous and efficient operation of plant and machinery on site and rectification of any machine breakdowns to ensure that Production can meet its customers’ requirements. This will involve planned preventative maintenance along with emergency breakdown repair. The Process Engineer will assist in the training of production staff in line changeover, machine operation and fault finding and the implementation of autonomous maintenance, ongoing initiatives to improve efficiency and the procurement and installation of new equipment.
Pay & Hours of Work:
Monday – Friday working day shifts - Eary finish on a Friday!
27 days holidays - Plus Bank Holidays
£34,000 - £36,000 PA depending on experience
