GENERAL SUMMARY:
Our client is a market leader within the UK across the veterinary industry and due to continued year-on-year growth. The role is offering a temp to perm position to those who are able to demonstrate their commitment to the business through their attendance and working performance during their assignment. As a member of the operations management team, you will be supporting the development of the afternoon operation and the links to other business departments to drive quality and customer first ways of working. Ensuring that there is a switchover brief between the afternoon shift and Nightshift.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage operational GDP, focusing on quality and service.
· To ensure that the day to day running of the afternoon shift runs smoothly, this will aid the nightshift picking team.
· Support change initiatives and continuous improvement
· Build a working relationship with Night Shift team to ensure that the requested workload gets completed quickly and correctly.
· To support the whole team to achieve excellent customer service and delivery.
RATE OF PAY:
· The basic hourly rate is £11.89 with TL allowance of £70 per week.
