We are seeking a Team Leader to work in Sheffield. The shifts are days Monday to Friday, paying from £24,336 per annum

As Team Leader at this national company, you will be leading a small team of operators in a busy factory producing timber frames for the construction industry.
Duties include:
- Ensure you're always aware of the production schedules and that production deadlines are always achieved
- Unload complete orders from machines promptly to ensure downtime in production and confirm all orders are complete prior to dispatch
- Check quality of timber used to manufacture and that the finished quality of the product meets the requirements
- Maintain bin locations and check goods are stored in the correct locations in a timely manner
- Record and report any damaged or poor quality materials to the Operations Manager and ensure the 'Goods Returned' procedure is followed
- Be flexible to cover other duties where required, perform any reasonable requests from the Ops Manager, load and unload vehicles as directed and to make sure you are being fully optimised at all times

- Packing sample / containers for distribution to customer or subcontractors via couriers and also receiving them.

Work involves operating machinery while following strict health & safety guidelines. Work can be repetitive and involve standing for long period of times.
