£25k per annum

6 month fixed term contract

Monday – Friday / Days   

Wrexham

We are looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join our client’s team based in Wrexham on a fixed term basis.  Reporting to the Systems and Reporting Manager, this role requires the successful candidate to have high attention to detail and excellent Excel skills.

Performance Objectives

  • Liaising with Purchasing Managers and Buyers on a day to day basis.
  • Processing invoices.
  • Working through data on Excel spreadsheets.
  • Completing other general administration duties as required by Managers.

Person Specification

  • The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
  • The ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • The successful candidate must be a confident user of Excel and enjoy working with data.
  • Driving license is essential as from time to time you will be expected to travel to other sites.
  • Confident communication skills.

Key to this is the improvement of the IT systems to reduce data entry and promote IT integration.
