Our client based in the Wrexham area is currently looking for a Trainee Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.  Working within a small team and reporting to the Office Manager you will support with general administration duties throughout the day.

Performance Objectives

• Answering incoming telephone calls.
• Securing a detailed description of the call to place a job with Engineers.
• Scheduling Engineers to allocate appointment.
• Invoicing of jobs using Sage.
• Updating the database of customer details.
• Completing any other general administration duties.

Person Specification

• Confident telephone manner

Sales Support Coordinator

£22k per annum

12 month maternity cover contract

Our client based in the Wrexham area is currently recruiting a Sales Support Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis to cover maternity leave.  The role will be working in close conjunction with the sales team and will involve the whole sales process from quoting to order completion, providing our customers with first class customer service and an enjoyable purchasing experience.  The administration side of the role will involve management of the Sales and Purchase Ledger, including entering relevant data into the Sage 50 Accounts system. Key to this is the improvement of the IT systems to reduce data entry and promote IT integration.

Performance Objectives

• Processing sales orders from quotation through to invoicing.
• Responding to customer enquiries, reading technical drawings, escalating where necessary.
• Following up on enquiries.
• Issuing RMAs to customers and following up on progress internally.
• Collating sales figures and KPI’s for sales.
• Data input to in-house IT systems and sales CRM.
• Initially handling of all general customer service emails and calls from key accounts.
• Providing schedules for customer contracts.
• Arranging for goods to be shipped, including courier and freight services worldwide.
• General reception duties.
• General office duties including filing, distribution of post.
• Ensuring all required documents are included in our sales order paper files, including proof of delivery for international shipments.

Person Specification

• Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel skills.
• Familiarity with SAGE 50.
• A confident communicator, you’ll be able to liaise with people at all levels and via all channels – email, telephone, and face to face.
• Previous sales environment experience.
• Ability to be pro-active, work with minimum supervision, and work well in a team environment.

Administrator/ office Assistant Full-time

7.15-17.00 -Monday to Thursday  (off every Friday,Saturday,Sunday)

The role will involve providing admin support to our departments including HR, accounts and Health and Safety.

 Duties will include:

• Collating wages for our hourly paid employees on a weekly basis in a timely manner using in house systems
• Using templates to send letters to employees
• Completing paperwork with new employees
• Logging and monitoring holidays for all employees
• Support with Building Maintenance, such as arranging visits from external companies to conduct testing and surveys where necessary
