Job Title : Domiciliary Registered Manager

A great and exciting opportunity has just come available for a Registered Manager with experience in Domiciliary Care setting. You will manage all aspects of the service to support staff and service users in Skipton, North Yorkshire.

My client is well established and have good solid CQC ratings. My client is looking for a focused, motivated and high achiever to further improve and maintain the high standards that are embedded throughout their values and service delivery. Ideal candidate must be someone who is, forward thinking, supportive with great communication skills.

  • Salary - Up to £40.000 per annum
  • Hours - Full time plus occasional on call requirements.
  • Permanent

Responsibilities include:

  • Be the CQC Registered Manager for the care services within the North Yorkshire area, ensuring adherence to CQC and company policies/procedures.
  • Motivational and inspirational leadership for employees and teams to perform at their best in building and sustaining a high-performance culture. Act as a role model and ambassador for company values and leadership behaviors.
  • Develop practical and strategic partnerships with local commissioner and other stakeholders to ensure that your clients have choices and opportunities to achieve personalized support and life goals.
  • Act as the local lead in developing and sustaining excellent customer service. This will include responding locally to the needs of clients/families and ensuring that effective open communication is made with clients and families over services and standards.
  • Support your team to guide and assist people to make choices and life decisions in line with the Mental Capacity Act requirements.
  • Provide intensive care and client support for day-to-day operation and service delivery and reporting to Operation Manager on Key Performance Indicators.
  • Compliance with CQC regulation and meet commissioner expectations and standards.
  • Responsible for all safeguarding notification and updating social service and health board with updated information.
  • To routinely inspect and audit care plans, risk assessment, and Client’s review to continuously maintain the quality and compliance standard.

Essential / Preferable Criteria:

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social care services or working towards.
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager is desirable.
  • Working knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act, DOLS, Safeguarding and other relevant legislation.
  • Excellent knowledge CQC requirements.

· Full and clean driving license and Enhanced DBS Disclosure required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
