<li>Overtime where required, including weekends.</li>

Please report to the Gatehouse upon arrival.
4. What is the dress code?

Grounds Maintenance Operative 
Location: Exmouth Contract Type: Temp Hours: Monday-Friday&nbsp; Salary: &pound;13.26 per hour (weekly pay through gap personnel)
Role Purpose: To carry out a wide range of grounds maintenance tasks to ensure public spaces and green areas are safe, clean, and well-presented. The role involves working independently or as part of a team to maintain high standards of appearance and safety across parks, open spaces, and recreational areas.

<li>Carry out routine grounds maintenance duties including grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, and general pruning.</li>
<li>Undertake planting, bedding, watering, hoeing, and weeding to maintain healthy and attractive green areas.</li>
<li>Operate a variety of machinery, vehicles, and powered equipment safely and efficiently.</li>
<li>Assist in maintaining sports fields and recreational areas, ensuring they are safe and ready for use.</li>
<li>Ensure all tasks are completed to required standards and within set timescales.</li>
<li>Support the delivery of a customer-focused service by providing courteous and helpful communication when interacting with the public.</li>
<li>Follow all relevant health and safety regulations and take personal responsibility for safe working practices.</li>
<li>Contribute to maintaining tidy and hazard-free work areas at all times.</li>
<li>Assist in identifying and reporting any potential hazards, defects, or maintenance issues.</li>
