Gap Personnel is working with our client in Wymondham, a leading company in their field who are recruiting x2 Administration Clerks on a Full Time, temporary to permanent basis.The client has an inclusive culture, great modern facility with canteen, rest areas &amp; other site benefits.Pay: &pound;11.44 per hour.Shift: Monday - Friday: 8 hour shift start times between 6am - 10am.Working as part of a team in a production environment, this role will be to provide early morning support and preparation of the working area for the closing team.Your main duties will include:<ul class="text">
<li>To manually fulfil envelopes with pre-printed letters and associated marketing and compliance material in preparation for collection to the sealing and despatch area.</li><li>You will book out this work using the company&rsquo;s internal system.</li><li>To ensure that all work allocated to you is completed in a timely manner.</li><li>To notify the stock runner of any stock that is required.</li><li>To be responsible for ensuring all work is sealed and readied for despatch</li><li>Ensuring all work is taken to the warehouse in time for mail collection.</li><li>To be responsible for completing any late work in time for the last despatch at 18:00.</li><li>To undertake any other duties associated with Manual Mail.</li><li>You will need basic PC skills to be able to check stock and book out work on the Prod MI system.</li><li>Also may include Scanning, and data input.&nbsp;</li></ul>
