Gap Personnel is looking for a reliable Process Line Operative to help keep production running smoothly at our client’s egg processing plant near Eye, Suffolk.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor machinery sorting, grading, and packaging eggs

• Inspect eggs for quality and remove any damaged ones

• Pack eggs carefully into cartons or trays

• Maintain high hygiene and safety standards

• Work as part of a team to meet daily targets

• Help with stock rotation and labelling

• Follow health & safety procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in food production/factory work is a plus but not essential

• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Able to follow instructions and work independently

• Comfortable with repetitive, fast-paced work

• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods

• Willing to work flexible hours if needed

• Willing to learn food hygiene & safety (training provided)
