Gap Personnel is looking for Production Operative for our prestigious client who is a leading plastic manufacture based in Norwich NR7.

- Assemble cardboard boxes according to production specifications.
- Operate machinery and equipment to facilitate the assembly process.
- Monitor the production line to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working with machinery.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Report any issues or malfunctions with machinery to the supervisor.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to non-food production processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the production manager.
Shift pattern:
First two weeks due to the training purposes you will work on morning shift
First week 6:00AM - 14:00PM
2nd week 14:00 - 22:00PM
and payrate will be £11.59 per hour,
after completing training you will be transferred on nightshift on £13.09 per hour
Nightshift hours are: 22:00PM - 06:00AM
As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include operating machinery, monitoring production lines, performing quality checks, and assisting with packaging and labelling.
We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our company. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided. However, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to work as part of a team are essential.
