Job Title: FLT Counterbalance Driver

Location: Banbury, OX16

Salary: £12.84 ph

Hours: 1.55pm-10pm 

Job Type: Full-Time Monday-Friday / Temporary to Permanent 

 

Are you an experienced FLT Driver looking for a new opportunity in a fast-paced logistics and supply chain environment? We are currently recruiting FLT Drivers for a leading global supply chain company that provides innovative and efficient logistics solutions across multiple industries, including automotive, defence, and consumer goods.

 

The Role:

As an FLT Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse and yard. You will play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating forklift trucks to move, load, and unload stock safely
•  Transporting goods within the warehouse and loading/unloading vehicles
•  Conducting pre-use equipment checks and reporting any faults
• Using warehouse management systems to record stock movement
•  Ensuring all goods are stored correctly and safely
•  Always adhering to health and safety regulations
• Assisting with general warehouse duties when required

Requirements:

• Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance / Reach / VNA – specify as required)
• Previous experience working as an FLT Driver in a warehouse environment
• Good spatial awareness and ability to work safely in a busy environment
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines
•  Flexibility to work shifts and weekends if required
