Forklift Counterbalance Driver

Job Title: Counterbalance FLT Driver  

Location: Witney (OX29)

Pay Rate: £12 - £13p/h

Contract: Temporary ongoing with permanent opportunities available

gap personnel Gloucester are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative with valid FLT C/B licence, for one of the companies in Witney, OX29.

For those that are able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, and a commitment to the working hours there are permanent opportunities available and you are welcome to apply after completing your 12 week probationary period.  

Main Duties as a Warehouse / CB Driver

• All warehouse duties
• Picking via a pick sheet
• Inventory control
• Use of a PC and internal systems
• Occasionally customer facing so must be presentable with a good customer service manner

Safe use of a FLT

• Customer Collections
• Shelf life checks
• Occasional heavy lifting so must be physically fit

Working hours:

•             Monday to Friday, 0700 – 1600 with flexibility as and when the business requires. Some days could be 0730 – 1630. 40 hours per week, 1 hour for lunch.

Hourly Pay Rates

• Basic Rate - £12 - £13 p/h, negotiable, depending on experience.

Successful candidates must have experience of working within warehouse and FLT license must be held for at least 1 year, must be a B1 license and must be accredited by the following companies: RTITB, ITSAAR, NPORS, CPCS, AITT, ALLMI
