Inspector/Loader PM Shift

Gap Personnel are currently seeking a reliable and motivated inspector/Loader to join our well established client based in Oldbury.

The successful candidate will be responsible for loading components onto production jigs, ensuring they meet cleanliness and process requirements, and carrying out detailed inspections of finished parts to ensure they meet customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Load parts onto holding jigs.
• Ensure parts are clean and adhere to process standards.
• Inspect high-end finished parts to customer-agreed quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Support the team in meeting production and quality targets.

• Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Salary:

• £13 per hour Night shift plus additional £0.75 shift allowance. Whilst on probation period, pay will go up depending on results showed during probation period.

Working hours:

• Afternoon shift 14:00 – 00:00 Monday till Thursday.

Requirements:

• Own transport is essential, as public transport is not available at the end of the shift (00:00).
