As the recruitment partner for Masonite we are looking for Production Operatives where you will be working on one of the many parts of the production process.
The work is repetitive and a high attention to detail is required, however you will be trained through the different processes and procedures.
You may also be using hand tools such as sanders and drills or assisting with the loading and unloading of part complete doors.
How much will you get paid as a Production Operative?
Pay starts at £13.04 per hour including shift allowance
40 hours per week including paid breaks!
What would your shifts be as a Production Operative?
Monday to Friday (Rotating)
Shift Times: Day 6:00am – 2:00pm / Afters 2:00pm – 10:00pm / Nights 10:00pm – 6:00am
The suitable Candidate for this role will;
Be able to walk long distances
Be able to lift up to 25kg
Be comfortable standing for periods
Be available immediately

Job title: Production Line Leader
Location: Westbury
Hours of work: Monday 7.15am – 3.30pm Tuesday – Friday 7.30am – 3.30pm (total 37.75 hours per week)
Rate of pay: £12.16 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production line and ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate and assign tasks to line workers
- Monitor production progress and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Train new employees on production procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Ability to operate packaging machinery and equipment
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance and repairs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic math calculations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
