They take great pride and care when creating Their menu – following their core philosophy of “cooked with care and served with pride”. They create each dish and their components with fresh produce at its heart. They don’t use frozen vegetables; They only use fish which is either fresh from market or frozen at sea and Their meat come from cattle and other livestock which have grazed green pastures and our poultry have been allowed to run free. In doing so, they support many local and UK producers, farmers, and suppliers. They also use biodegradable cleaning chemicals and sort and recycle around 80% of our waste and the used oil is collected, cleaned, and converted into biofuel. They don’t work with just anyone, they look for the highest accreditations, full traceability and sustainability so that they don’t harm our precious environment.
Experience:
Fresh food background is a must.
Rosette Experience Preferable
Must have a solid CV as a strong CDP pushing Jr Sous Level
Confidently be able to write a mise en place list. Reporting if something needs ordering from the suppliers.
Being able to run a section in the kitchen with confidence.

Pay: Up to £35,000 Per Annum

gap personnel, acting as an employment agency, are proud to be working in partnership with one of the leading production companies in UK. Due to the demand for their products they are in a position to be able to offer role of CNC Operator.
This Job Role will be working for a family run business located in the heart of Gloucestershire, offer an excellent range of CNC and semi-CNC machining, stockholding and a kitting/assembly line.
Using quality products and components and source and machine all grades of engineering plastics including Nylon, Acetal / Delrin, PTFE, PEEK, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, PET-P among many others.
Using the latest CadCam software and CNC machinery, will take your drawings and create top quality, precision-machined components to your exact specifications.
The successful applicant will join the team as a full time CNC Miller to produce precision engineered components from detailed specifications and will preferably be a time-served or apprentice-trained machinist who is able to demonstrate evidence of the following:
CNC programming Ideally.
CNC machining experience of using HAAS/ProtoTRAK controls – training given to the right candidate.
Setting and operating a variety of CNC mills, producing components to tight tolerances, whilst maintaining high-quality at all times.
Interpretation and working from detailed technical drawings/specifications and customer samples.
Competency of using all forms or measuring equipment and gauging techniques.
Experience working with engineering plastics would be beneficial.
Successful candidates will have experience working in similar role, as part of the selection process, Interviews will be held at the companies unit.
Working hours: Monday - Friday / 8AM - 4.30PM

Pay: Up to £28,392 Per Annum – Weekly Pay!

Experience:
Setting and Operating CNC Lathe Machines using FANUC controls.
Ability to work to high standards on tight tolerances
Adhering to quality standards and checking work using a variety of different instruments
Experienced in CNC Lathe use.
Experience using CNC Machines with Fanuc controls
Good working knowledge of component dimensions using various inspection equipment - including but not limited to Micrometres, Verniers and Plug Gauges.
Good working knowledge of manufacturing techniques and Engineering drawings is essential.
Ability to produce components to drawing tolerance and specifications, efficient accuracy, as required by internal and external customer’s orders.
Successful candidates will have experience working in similar role, as part of the selection process, Interviews will be held at the company’s unit.
Working hours: Monday - Thursday / 7AM - 4.00PM Fridays/ 7am - Midday
