As our Payroll Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating a large payroll system, overseeing the smooth processing of payments for over 15,000 employees. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with colleagues and partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all payroll activities.
Position is available on a full time permanent basis offering a competitive salary ranging from £60,105 to £63,393 per annum.
35 Hour working week with a range of flexible working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Leading and coordinating a large payroll of over 15,000 employees.
• Collaborating with colleagues and partners to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Maintaining and updating payroll records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Managing payroll schedules and deadlines to ensure payments are made on time.
• Resolving payroll discrepancies and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Undertaking regular audits to ensure payroll accuracy and adherence to regulations.
• Keeping up-to-date with payroll legislation changes and implementing necessary adjustments.
• Providing assistance and guidance to employees regarding payroll-related queries.
Requirements:-
• Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role, handling large-scale payroll systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners.
• Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
• Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to motivate and guide a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve payroll-related discrepancies.
• A solid understanding of payroll legislation and the ability to implement necessary adjustments.

Mark painted items.
Pack painted parts.
Replace spray booth filters.

Duties:
Picking: Accurately select and retrieve products from designated locations within the warehouse based on customer orders.
Packing: Safely and efficiently package products for shipment, ensuring they are secure and protected during transit.
General Warehouse Duties: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. This may include restocking shelves, labelling products, and performing routine equipment checks.
Requirements:
Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy objects.
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
