Onsite Coordinator
Location: Ipswich
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £25,000 - £26,250 (Dependent on Experience)
Gap personnel are currently looking to recruit Onsite Coordinator to work in our busy recruitment office based in Ipswich.
The role of the onsite Coordinator is to:
Meet the required staffing fulfillment levels
Providing a complete administrative support services for the Account Management team to include diary and email management
Booking interviews and collating the relevant paperwork required for pre-employment
Deliver Inductions and assist with registration process
Manage a large workforce pool of available workers
Present KPI figures to Senior Management team at weekly meeting.
Introduce potential candidates to site, processes, and environment
Provide potential workers with a site tour and introducing them to key stakeholders within the business
Ensure that all workers provided to site are registered, fully compliant, inducted and briefed on key responsibilities
You'll ideally have skills and / or experience in:
Proactive approach to attracting candidates
Ability to recruit in volume and often at short notice
Business administration experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Great communication skills with a good level of written English
Strong attention to details
Highly proactive approach
