Forklift and VNA Drivers

Working as a Forklift or VNA driver in one of our modern warehouses in Chepstow you can expect a thorough and comprehensive induction and ongoing training, to ensure you gain the skills you need to be successful. The vast majority of our shifts are Monday to Friday, so we won’t ask you to come in on the weekend, unless you want to!
We work exclusively with GAP personnel who manage our temp to perm process, working in partnership with them to ensure that every colleague feels part of the Nisbets family from day one. We regularly move GAP colleagues to permanent contracts so they can enjoy the full benefits we offer such as.
- Performance related bonus paid annually up to 3% of annual salary

You will sign up through GAP who will look after you every step of the way, before you step into our warehouse. You will be paid a minimum of £11.50, which will move to a new rate of up to £12.50* from 1st August. (*From the 1st of August the business moves to a attendance bonus, which results in a realistic and achievable hourly rate of £12.50. Details will be fully explained to you at registration).
