<p><strong>Trainee Machine Operator &ndash; Nights | Southend</strong><br /> <strong>Sunday to Thursday | 10pm &ndash; 6am | &pound;13.34 per hour/Temp to Perm</strong></p><p>We're recruiting on behalf of our client in Southend, who's looking for a Trainee Machine Operator to join their night shift team.</p><p>If you've got some recent hands-on machine experience and want to build on it, this could be a great next step. You'll start at &pound;13.34 per hour while you learn the ropes, and once you're confident running the machine on your own and, your pay will go up to reflect your new skills.</p><p><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></p><ul>
<li>Learning how to set up, run, and keep an eye on the machine, with support from the team</li><li>Getting to grips with the day-to-day routine on a busy night shift</li><li>Following health and safety guidelines</li><li>Flagging up any issues with quality or machine performance</li><li>Working towards running things independently within a few months</li></ul>
