Position: Production Operative – Metal Shop (Paint Line)
Type: Temp to Perm
Location: Nr Exeter Airport
Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:15
• Friday: 07:30 – 13:30

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join our Metal Shop team, working primarily on the paint line. This is a temp-to-perm position offering long-term potential for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform wet spray and powder coating on metal components
• Operate in a fast-paced production environment
• Maintain spray booths and equipment with regular cleaning and basic upkeep
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Work closely with team members to meet production targets and quality standards

Requirements:

• Experience in both wet spray and powder coating
• Familiarity with a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
• Experience with electrostatic wet spraying is advantageous but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good time management and ability to work independently and as part of a team
