Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital (NNUH) Temporary 3-Month Assignment Gap Personnel
Are you an experienced administrator or recruitment professional with excellent customer service skills? Gap Personnel is currently recruiting for multiple Recruitment Administrator (Band 3) and Recruitment Officer (Band 4) opportunities on behalf of Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital (NNUH).
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive recruitment team, helping to attract and onboard talented healthcare professionals who make a real difference to patient care.
Location
Rouen Road, Norwich
Hybrid working available (up to 2 days per week from home once fully trained and dependent on duties)
Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Core hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Full-time and part-time applications considered
Assignment Duration
- 3-month temporary assignment initially
Key Responsibilities
As part of the recruitment team, duties will include:
- Drafting recruitment adverts for approval and publication
- Arranging and coordinating interviews
- Preparing conditional offer letters
- Completing pre-employment recruitment checks
- Coordinating candidate onboarding and start dates
- Responding to enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face
- Supporting recruitment campaigns and in-person recruitment events
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records
- Data entry and information retrieval using Electronic Staff Record (ESR) systems
- Managing candidate information through applicant tracking systems such as Trac
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
✅ Previous recruitment and/or administration experience
✅ Strong customer service and communication skills
✅ Experience using applicant tracking systems and staff record systems
✅ Knowledge of NHS recruitment systems such as Trac and ESR (highly desirable)
✅ Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
✅ Confidence working with sensitive and confidential information
✅ Strong IT and data entry skills
