gap personnel Exeter is recruiting for a Paintshop Operative on a temp-to-perm basis for a well-established company near Exeter Airport. Whether you're looking to build new skills or take the next step in your career, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working within the Paintshop ensuring the line flows
• Keeping production running smoothly and ensuring everything meets quality standards
• Working within a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
• Always ensuring a high level of health and safety
• Organising and managing your workload efficiently
• Collaborating with a team that values hard work and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

• A hands-on, practical mindset – you like to get involved and solve problems
• Good attention to detail – quality matters, and you take pride in your work
• Team player – you enjoy working with others and supporting your colleagues
• Organised and proactive – you know how to manage tasks and stay on top of things
• Previous experience isn’t essential – full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity to develop new skills
