Are you experienced in handling complex painting projects in an industrial setting? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are currently looking for an Industrial Paint Sprayer to join our client team!

As an Industrial Paint Sprayer, you will play a crucial role in applying protective coatings to industrial surfaces, ensuring their durability and longevity. Your expertise and attention to detail will help create a flawless finish that withstands harsh environments and enhances the functionality of industrial equipment and structures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay rate: £12.90 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week

Type: Temporary ongoing with the opportunity for a permanent contract for the right candidate

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primers or coatings.
  • Operate industrial-grade paint sprayers and other specialized equipment to apply protective coatings to various surfaces, including metal, manufacturing parts and machinery.
  • Follow safety protocols and use proper protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and adjust paint flow, pressure, and temperature to achieve optimal results.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute painting projects within specified timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials used, work performed, and project progress.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Industrial Paint Sprayer in industrial settings.
  • Deep understanding of industrial painting techniques, surface preparation, and proper coating applications.
  • Proficient in operating industrial-grade paint sprayers and other specialized equipment.
  • Knowledge of different types of coatings, including epoxy, polyurethane, and corrosion-resistant paints.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
