Gap Personnel who are operating as an employment business are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Personal Assistant for a company based in Liverpool, Brunswick area L3.
The position is ongoing with a possibility of going into a permanent contract for suitable candidates.
We are looking for a personal assistant to directors of a medical supply warehouse in L3, Brunswick train station area in Liverpool.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role. This role is fast paced.
Duties will include:
· Booking meeting rooms
· Booking flights, hotels, etc.
· Ordering and picking up lunch orders
· Taking notes in meetings
· Keeping calendar up to date
· Having a car will be advantageous
Working hours:
· Monday-Friday
· 9am – 5pm
Salary:
· £12.50 per hour
· Weekly pay
