About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Production Planner to support operational planning and coordination across the site. This role offers the opportunity to develop new skills, gain broader production experience, and play an important part in improving efficiency and supporting business growth.

Working closely with management and internal teams, you will be responsible for preparing production plans, balancing customer requirements with available resources including people, equipment, and workspace. You will help ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed production plans across the site.
• Coordinating people, equipment, and production rooms effectively.
• Supporting operational efficiency and production flow.
• Working closely with managers and internal teams to meet customer needs.
• Supporting training coordination to ensure teams have the right skills in place.
• Providing general administrative support where required.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including tables and formulas.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams.
• Problem-solving ability and confidence in decision-making.
• Willingness to learn new systems and planning software.
• Previous experience in production planning or coordination is beneficial.
• Relevant qualifications in production or operations are an advantage.
