Production Line Operative

Are you a production line pro?

The role requires pace and attention to detail to handle the production and packaging of goods, ensuring that the final product meet the required standards. You work alongside other operatives on the assembly line during the production process.

Position: Production Line Operative                                                                                                     

Location: Canvey Island SS8                                                                                    

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00 / 17:00                                                                                        

Pay: £11.44 per hour                                                                                                                                              

Type: temporary ongoing

 Duties:

• Follow instruction, ensuring that all products are assembled and packaged according to requirements.
• Check goods for any damage or faults prior to packing
• Inspect packages to confirm they meet quality standards and are damage-free.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by Line Leaders.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to Health and safety procedures.

Skills required:

• Previous production experience preferred.
• Familiarity with line work and fast pace is advantageous.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to undergo training and guidance provided in English.

** Transport: Free Minibus available from Benfleet train station to site **
