As a Production Operative, you’ll play a vital role in operations by:

• Preparing recipes in batches, ensuring all products meet strict specification ratios
• Operating production equipment efficiently while adhering to health and safety standards
• Filling, labelling, blending, and packaging products with precision
• Loading and unloading machines to maintain smooth production flow

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking proactive and organized individuals who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous FMCG experience (preferred but not essential)
• Experience as a machine operator (desired but not required - Training provided)
• The ability to follow procedures and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
• A good understanding of English (both written and verbal)
