We are looking for Production Operatives to join our client in Paignton. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. With consistent hours and an early finish every Friday, it's a great opportunity to join a dynamic production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Lifting, moving, and handling materials throughout the production process
• Performing quality checks on products
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Always following health and safety regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with manual work, including lifting and standing for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment

Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:30 AM
• £11.44 per hour
