What You’ll Be Doing:
As our new Production Supervisor, you’ll be right in the action, overseeing the production team and ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll have the chance to make decisions, solve problems, and help shape the future of our production processes.

• Lead a dynamic production team, helping them hit goals and maintain quality.
• Troubleshoot any production hiccups, ensuring things stay on track.
• Champion safety and efficiency in the production environment – we want you to make it even better.
• Set up and adjust production schedules to maximize team performance and resources.
• Push the envelope on innovation – constantly find ways to improve how we work.
• Mentor and support your team, creating an environment of growth and development.
• Work closely with other departments to drive company success.

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to take the reins and lead by example. You’re passionate about production, eager to grow, and excited to take on new challenges. You’ll have:

• Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment and led a successful production area.
• A natural knack for leadership and making decisions under pressure.
• A strong sense of attention to detail – quality matters, and you get that.
• Great communication skills to keep things running smoothly.
• A problem-solving mindset – when things go off track, you’re the first to figure out a solution.
• A passion for learning and growing in your career.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with food production
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methods.
• Previous experience in coaching or training teams.
