Job Title:Production Operative
Rate of Pay:£12.68 per hour
Contract Type:Contract
Location:Barnsley, S75
Job Description:We are seeking Production Operatives to join our team. Responsibilities include using hand tools such as sanders and drills, as well as assisting with the loading and unloading of partially completed doors.
Shift Pattern:6:00am–2:00pm (Days) / 2:00pm–10:00pm (Afternoons)
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Ability to walk long distances.
- Capability to lift up to 25kg.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Immediate availability.
Key Responsibilities:As a Production Operative, your duties will include:
- Ensuring that products are processed and handled correctly.
- Operating production equipment such as sanders and drills, and assisting with loading and unloading parts of doors.
- Monitoring stock levels and reordering supplies as needed to meet customer demand.
- Adhering to all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Hours of Work:Monday to Friday:
- Days: 6:00am–2:00pm
- Afternoons: 2:00pm–10:00pm
