Join our clients team as an Technical Services Administrator or a temp to perm basis! Providing administrative and clerical support to the Directors and Technical Managers you will play an integral role within the business including assising with reglatory compliance tasks

    • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with operational software
    • Intermediate to advanced excel
    • Data analysis
    • Technical proficiency
    • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
    • Strong organisational skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure

Key responsibilities:              

As a Technical Service Administrator, your duties will involve a wide variety of different duties providing support

  • Generating batch sheets for use in production
  • Producing hazardous labels for finished products
  • Maintaining stationery supplies for label printing
  • Producing, editing & publishing technical documentation for transport, health & safety, customer information etc
  • Managing & effectively using our formulation database
  • Dealing with and directing technical queries from customers and clients
  • Assisting with regulatory compliance tasks and helping to develop systems for various quality and environmental accreditations
  • Providing administrative and clerical support to the Directors and the Technical Manager
  • Use of various IT systems and packages

Hours of work:         Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm with 1 hour lunch break

Salary: £12.40ph £24,180 per annum
