Warehouse Operative with FLT Licence needed
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Warehouse Operatives with a valid FLT license (Flexi, Reach, or Counterbalance) to join my client’s team at a busy logistics hub in Normanton, WF6. If you’re seeking a role in a dynamic warehouse environment, this could be the perfect fit for you!

- Night Shift Rate: £14.20 per hour increasing to £15.20 after 12 weeks

- Shift Patterns:
- Night shifts: 18:00–06:00 4 on 4 off
- Location: Normanton, WF6
Important Information:
- A valid FLT license (Flexi, Reach, or Counterbalance) is essential for this role. Please ensure your license details are clearly stated on your CV to be considered.
- Upskilling opportunities are available for candidates with a Reach Forklift License to gain a Flexi License.
What You Will Do:
- Comply fully with safety regulations on-site.
- Receive and manage deliveries of stock, including recording quantities and processing paperwork.
- Pick and pack customer orders to meet dispatch deadlines, including full pallets and manual picking.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently.
- Move stock from the warehouse floor to racking locations and vice versa.
- Conduct manual handling of various products.
- Maintain accountability for completed tasks through accurate record-keeping.
- Perform housekeeping duties to keep the warehouse and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and safe.
- Carry out stock integrity and quality checks as required.
What You Need:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic numeracy and literacy abilities.
- A professional and reliable approach to work.
- Experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Valid FLT license (Flexi, Reach, or Counterbalance) – essential.
