Are you looking for an active, outdoors role where you can work as part of a team while contributing to the community? Join the community Street Cleansing team in Exeter and help keep the city’s streets and public spaces clean, tidy, and well-maintained.

What You’ll Get:

Your Role:

• Removing litter and emptying bins across public spaces
• Handling small graffiti removal, weed trimming, and fly-post removal
• Keeping public toilets and car parks clean and safe
• Conducting condition inspections and reporting maintenance needs
• Assisting with larger tasks like hedge cutting, mechanical sweeping, tree work, and graffiti removal

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid driving license (essential)
• A strong work ethic and ability to take on physical tasks
• Team players who can also work independently when required
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
• Previous outdoor or maintenance experience (preferred but not required)

Working Hours:

• Start between 05:00 and 07:00, finish between 13:00 and 18:00
• Cover 5 out of 7 days, including some weekends
