Location: Pontypridd
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will provide essential support to our recruitment team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the recruitment process. You will be involved in managing candidate data, coordinating interviews, and assisting with various administrative tasks to help our team deliver top-tier talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment system.
  • Coordinate with clients and candidates to arrange interviews and follow-up communications.
  • Manage the recruitment inbox, responding to candidate inquiries.
  • Support the recruitment team with any administrative tasks and ad hoc duties.
  • Posting across our social media accounts.
