Dip Moulding Operator

Gap Personnel (operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting for our client in Hortonwood area, Telford.

 

Hours of work:

7am to 5pm Monday – Thursday. 30-minute break (unpaid) and 15-minute break (paid). 37.5 hours per week

Rate of pay: £11.70 to start goes up to £13.20 after full training is completed(gradually goes up 50 p per hour per level, 3 levels to be achieved)

 

The job:

1.       To be trained in all aspects of the dip moulding process. To run and set up dip moulding machines after full training.

2.       One to one training for three weeks on the Vinyl dip machines.

3.       Set up and run production Vinyl dip moulding machines. Removing parts from tooling.

4.       To carry out preventative maintenance on the process equipment.

5.       To ensure all manufactured parts conform to product specifications.

6.       Training on other production processes in Secondary which includes trimming and punching of Vinyl, Rubber and Plastic parts.
