Gap Personnel who are operating as an employment business are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for Human Resources team member in Liverpool.

Who We Are

 

We are an employee-owned trust forwarder based in Liverpool. We have an EDI connected global network, contractual arrangements with carriers and operate a peerless own rail and final mile delivery solution. In addition, we have an in-house customs team and coders and developers that manage our technology platform.

 

Person we are looking for

 

We are looking for a Human Resource team member to join a vibrant & hardworking team. Previous experience of working within HR

 

Primary responsibilities and duties

 

This role will include:

·         Be the point of HR contact for all staff (69 employees)

·         Oversee contracts for all new starters

·         Oversee any leaver forms and action any relevant paperwork

·         Ensure pay increases / bonuses are actioned to payroll supervisor accordingly

·         Amend employee contracts where and when needed

·         Oversee any employee disputes

·         Oversee any employee disciplinary procedures

·         Ensure all HR Policies are up to date and relevant with current employee and civil law

·         Oversee H&S platform for all staff

·         Oversee company ISO platform and liaise with internal stakeholders where necessary

Salary

Starting salary of £35 000 per annum
