This exciting opportunity is within gap personnel group’s central bids and marketing team in Fazakerley, Liverpool. ‘The right fit' is the most important thing to us, so we have some flexibility around the part time hours on offer; 20-24 hours per week, spread across 3, 4 or even 5 days, with the possibility of hybrid working options.

So if you join us as our new Marketing Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Helping promote the brands within gap personnel group; that’s gap personnel, gap technical, gap healthcare, Hawk 3 Talent Solutions and Driving Force.
• Designing quality online and offline content including social media assets, leaflets and posters. Don’t worry if you don’t have much design experience (or any!), we’ll train you and offer ongoing support to ensure you have the skills to work on designs independently.
• Producing and sharing internal updates about company news, employee of the month and team announcements.
• Scheduling and sharing content on social media to maximise brand awareness and engage our clients and candidates. You’ll occasionally be running paid Facebook campaigns but if you haven’t done this before, we can show you!
• Managing and responding to Google reviews and maintaining Google My Business listings.
• Ordering branded merchandise through our supplier to support wider marketing campaigns.
• Supporting with ad hoc projects and other admin tasks as and when required.

A few things we’re looking for in our new teammate:

• Of course it would be great if you had marketing (or related) qualifications or experience, but it's not essential. If you're bright, committed, and fancy yourself as naturally on the creative side, then we'll support you and your development.
• Maybe you've had a dabble on Canva or perhaps you're an Adobe pro, or you might have no clue what either of these are – as long as you’re keen to learn and a team player, we want to hear from you.
• A self-motivated contributor – the role is predominantly marketing focused so we’d like a curious and creative addition to the team who isn’t afraid to suggest and implement new ideas.
• A people person who is confident liaising with colleagues across the business and external suppliers.
• A planning and organisational superstar, excellent time management skills and a keen eye for detail.
