Reporting directly into the Cleaning Team Leader you will have the responsibility for the day to day running of the Window and Specialist cleaning operations that are run via this section inclusive of but not limited to –

  • Window Cleaning.
  • Specialist Internal/External Cleaning (inclusive of working at height).

Responsible for ensuring that the services are delivered and maintained to the highest standards across all areas of service delivery. You will monitor and ensure compliance with customer satisfaction and operational targets whilst adhering to and always promoting best Health and Safety practices.

Flexibility is required as you will have the opportunity in the future to learn different departments, tasks, and equipment.

Shifts-37 hours per week, covering 5 days out of 7 ,Start time can be as early as 0500AM.

Pay: £12.34 Per Hour

Valid driving licence required for this role.

Duties will include-

  • Delivery of high-quality service to all customers.
  • To co-operate/communicate with customers whilst carrying out tasks.
  • To ensure deadlines are met.
  • Escalation of issues/concerns to Team Leader where required.
  • Correct use of equipment/tools inclusive of inspections in line with PUWER regulations.
  • Investigate and utilize new technology and equipment.
  • Compliance with Health & Safety regulations and Health & Safety training provided.
  • Completion/submission of paperwork required within the role.

The role is to help maintain and improve the standard of Streets, Parks, Open Spaces, Housing areas and this role will be mainly to carry out cleaning of all housing communal bin areas around Norwich and to report any issues for each bin area daily to the team leader in accordance with the required standards,

Flexibility is required as you will have the opportunity in the future to learn different departments, tasks, and equipment.

Shifts – Monday to Friday 0800AM till 1600PM

Pay: £10.90 Per Hour

(There will be a lot of walking involved in this role daily)

Duties will include-

  • Litter picking/ street cleansing duties.
  • Grounds Maintenance activities such as Hoeing, Sweeping, Pruning, Hedge Cutting and Grass Cutting
  • Drive various vehicles within the scope of an appropriate licence. (Training will be provided)
  • Carry out general street cleansing, litter picking, bin emptying duties.
  • Carry out basic care and maintenance to plant, tools and equipment.
  • Ensure daily checks on vehicles and equipment.
  • Complete paperwork as instructed.
  • Observe and continually promote equalities and customer care.
  • Ensure that reasonable care is always taken for the health, safety, and welfare of you and other persons and to comply with the policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
