Blake turns to gap for Rugby Sponsorship
gap personnel have chosen to sponsor Blake Turner as he aims to make the big time in the world of Rugby League.
Blake, son of gap personnel head office employee, Rebecca Edwards, was recently scouted by Warrington Wolves and through his impressive performances on the field, earned himself a place in their U16 Scholarship Squad, based at their purpose built training facility at Padgate Warrington.
Blake originally started playing Rugby Union from the age of seven, but made the jump to league last year, and in his first year, impressed so much at Wrexham-based North Wales Crusaders, that Warrington Wolves were quick to snap him up.
Blake's first game for the Wolves is scheduled to take place on January 31st against Hull, and the hope is that he will hopefully be signed up for the U19 squad. The sponsorship from gap personnel will help fund Blake's training and matchday equipment.
Proud parent, Rebecca Edwards of gap personnel's Credit Control team said "I'm really happy that gap personnel have decided to sponsor Blake. It's a great help and will enable him to get some good quality training kit to help him progress with his career."
