Double award for Adam at College Awards Night

A big congratulations to Adam Offless of gap personnel's IT department, who this past Friday won two awards at the Coleg Cambria Awards Night.

Adam, an IT Apprentice at gap personnel's Head Office, joined the Company in January 2014 to bolster the IT team. Through his Coleg Cambria apprenticeship, Adam has been studying the Higher Apprenticeship IT Professional course which sees him spend one day a month in college each month and regularly has visits from his course assessor who nominated him for the first award he won, the IT Learner of the Year.

Little did he know however, that Adam had also won a surprise award on the night, picking up the prestigious Higher Apprentice of the Year award. The awards were presented by David Jones OBE, Principal and Chief Excutive of Coleg Cambria, along with Ken Skates, Deputy Minister for Skills and Technology at the Welsh Assembly (pictured above)

A big congratulations to Adam - a thoroughly deserved award!
