Exciting Opportunity for Production Line Operators in Rothley, Leicester

Join our dynamic team at our client's site in Rothley, Leicester, where we're looking for 2 dedicated Production Line Operators. This is your chance to be a part of a thriving operation, working on a 4 on 4 off rota, with two 12-hour day shifts followed by two 12-hour night shifts.

Payrate:

• £14.49 per hour (inclusive of shift allowance)

Hours:

• 4 on 4 off, comprising 2 days (6am-6pm) and 2 nights (6pm-6am)

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain strict adherence to food hygiene standards
• Perform quality checks on the production line
• Manage stop/starts efficiently
• Address minor machine issues
• Follow all Health & Safety policies diligently

Requirements:

• A positive, can-do attitude
• While previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, it's not mandatory
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Keen eye for detail and dedication to maintaining quality standards
